Road bitumen 20/30, that complies with PN-EN 12591:2010 standard, is used for producing all bituminous layers of road pavements in "hot" technology and primarily for the production of asphalt concrete of a high stiffness module (BA WMS), which is applied as a base course layer and a binding road pavement. Bitumen may be utilized as the base for producing cast bitumen.
